I took my 2009 volkswagen cc in for recalls on the fuel pump and airbag. My service consultant was Tim La May. He kept me informed on what what was going on with my car. I really appreciate the form that lets me know what needs to be done in the future. I had a great experience and would recommend your service dept. I pay $30 to have my car washed and I couldn't get over how great my car looked. Thanks to Tim, my service tech and who ever washed my car!

Timely and great customer service. Serious repair was needed. As I have 100% confidence in Volkwagen North Scottsdale’s Service Department, I felt safe driving my car after repairs were completed. Kudos to Service Advisor John T and Service Manager Jeff P and his team....great teamwork!!!

This place is seriously the best. I have been coming here since my 1st VW was purchased and refuse to go to any other VW dealership in the valley. They have high class and treat you with respect.

I just leased my 3rd Jetta from this location and EVERY experience is amazing! I always work with Dave and he treats you like family! It is not the dreaded "car dealership" experience when you come here. I also worked with Erik Usoro and he made the paperwork a breeze and could not be nicer! I could not be happier with my new car and my overall experience :)

I called on a Saturday to get my oil changed and they got me in right away. My usual service manager was out but the gentleman on duty took great care of me. The service was quick and I left with a clean car!

Dave is the BEST!! This is my third leased Jetta and I could not be happier each time! Dave makes the experience EASY and I always know I’m being taken care of! It’s not the “dreaded car dealership” experience at Volkswagen North Scottsdale! Trust me, I’ll always give 5 stars :)
